Deviled Eggs #3
8 hard boiled eggs - peeled
2 tablespoons room temp cream cheese
1/3 cup prepared ranch dressing
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons mayo
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons dried parsley
paprika
Directions:
1. Cut peeled eggs in half length wise and place yolks in a
mixing bowl, set the whites aside. Mash the yolks with the
back of a fork. In another bowl, cream together cream
cheese, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, mayo, vinegar and
parsley. Combine with egg yolks and mix well.
2. Spoon or pipe the filling back into egg white and
sprinkle with paprika.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
