Wasabi Horseradish Deviled Eggs

Wasabi Horseradish Deviled Eggs
(No Mayo)

These deviled eggs are nice and spicy with the perfect kick!

12 hard boiled eggs – peeled
1/4 cup sour cream – may need a little more for proper consistency
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
4 teaspoons Wasabi paste or powder
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 green onions – minced
salt & pepper to taste


1. Cut peeled eggs in half length wise and place yolks in a mixing bowl, set the whites aside. Mash the yolks with the back of a fork and add sour cream, horseradish, wasabi paste or powder, dijon mustard, dry mustard, and green onion. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little more sour cream, horseradish or wasabi for proper consistency.

2. Spoon or pipe the filling back into egg white.

3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
