		<description>I tried these without the salmon and substituted mayo for the olive oil, lemon juice and mustard.  I also sprinkled smoked paprika and cayenne pepper on top for a kick!  Delicious way to eat eggs.</description>

		<description>I really liked this recipe but have a few recommendations: add a tablespoon of chopped capers, then when assembled, sprinkle with a little (fresh if you&#039;ve got it, otherwise dried) dill.  As good as they are the day they&#039;re made, they are even better once the flavors have had a chance to meld overnight.</description>
