Bacon Tomato Ranch Deviled Eggs

Bacon Tomato Ranch Deviled Eggs
6 hard boiled eggs – peeled
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 1/2 teaspoons powdered ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon sugar
1 minced green onion stalk
3 tablespoons minced bacon
3 tablespoons finely chopped tomato
Directions:
1. Cut peeled eggs in half length wise and place yolks in a mixing bowl, set the whites aside. Mash the yolks with the back of a fork and add mayo, mustard, ranch dressing mix, sugar, green onion, bacon and tomato. Mix well.
2. Spoon or pipe the filling back into egg white.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Oh man, the sweet relish deviled eggs are the easiest I have ever made and tie for 1st place of my favorite.
On the other hand, the bacon tomato ranch deviled eggs take a little more time to make. Don’t get me wrong, I love to chop and dice stuff for preparation; but just not as easy as the other recipe.
However, the bacon tomato ranch deviled eggs are packed with flavor. They are the other recipe that ties for first place with me… Although, I have only tried these two recipes so far!
